Agricultural engineer, with a PhD in nutrition and former director of research at INRA, Véronique AZAÏS-BRAESCO directed nutritional research for Danone from 2000 to 2003, in charge of designing and implementing scientific strategies in nutrition and health to aid the development of innovative products. She was then the director at the CRNH (Centre for Research into Human Nutrition) in the Auvergne until 2007.

She has written over a hundred scientific articles on nutrition.

Her activities have led her to sit in several expert committees both national and international.

She founded VAB-nutrition in June 2007.

Doctor in nutrition, Aurélie CHANSON-ROLLE obtained her PhD degree in Auvergne University and INRA in 2006, on a subject related to folate.

She has been a post-doctoral fellow at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, USA, from 2006 to 2009. During these experiences, she has developed a multi-disciplinary approach focused on health and nutrition and published several scientific contributions.

She has joined VAB-nutrition as project manager in early 2009.
